The room was spotless, the entire team was helpful cordial and promptly. My husband and I love, love the Gilmore in addition to its great location which allows you to walk to great restaurants and shops. They offered free water which was a nice surprise, Just fantastic, Thank you Gilmore and team! We wil definitely come back and bring our kids with us.

This property is brand new and perfect spot for shopping and dining. It's extremely walkable and has a lovely park and nice neighborhoods w family friendly young couples primarily. It's only about 10 minutes from downtown, Vanderbilt and Green Hills in any direction. The staff was phenomal, especially "Special K" - Kimberly and Katherine at night.

We stayed at The Gilmore, an AvantStay Hotel during a college visit to Nashville and loved it. The location in 12 South is perfect safe, walkable, and full of great restaurants and shops. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with a full kitchen and lots of space. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt fresh and boutique-style. Parking was convenient, and it was quiet at night. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nashville.
