Breakfast was great. Took 37 minutes for water to get hot on 4th floor in the morning. Desk said tank is on opposite side of hotel. Such a waste of water. Bed was not comfortable. Will not stay there again.

We requested maid service twice never received for a 7 day stay, had to go get towels, toilet paper, etc ourselves. Did not serve breakfast on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day when we needed the most. The breakfast bar was constantly out of food or utensils and I would knock on door to get service in sign language as she did not speak English. Poor service.

Room was spacious and clean. Delicous breakfast buffet. A lot of places to eat around hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! This is our second time staying at this hotel( stayed 2 yrs ago) and will definitely be back. Free parking and wifi. The damage deposit is only $10.
