We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Nashville, upon arrival after a 12 hour drive the first room they gave us was dirty so they gave us a 2nd room and this room was dirty as well. Finally we were moved to a 3rd room that appeared to be half way clean. We laid down and went to sleep, then about 3AM my wife and daughter woke up to feeling wet rom the bed and a terrible urine smell, upon looking at the bed it was soaked with urine from the prior guest. It was the nastiest thing we have ever seen in a hotel. It got on our pllows that we brought and smelled so bad that the front desk lady was even disgusted and said it was unacceptable. The next morning the manager came and took a look and was apologetic and said they would make it right. The refunded the room charge and gave us some cheap pillows to replace our expensive pillows and promised to give us points that we could use in the future. We had multiple emails back and fourth with manager and have yet to received any points and now she will not respond to emails. This is a huge issue because this is a health issue that my family came in contact with someone else's body fluids. The next day they said they were steaming the mattress, the sheer amount of urine and smell should have been grounds to throw away the mattress. Travelers be aware that this is the cleanliness of this hoteland they don't honor their promises that they made to our family. I highly recommend not staying here and would find another place.
