This was the fifth hotel I’ve stayed in the past month and by far the absolute best. Staff was so helpful in accommodating our request for connecting rooms by offering a free upgrade for my other party even though they were at full capacity. Room was clean, fully stocked, and user friendly. Would absolutely stay there again when I go back to Nashville.

This hotel is NASTY!!

Booking this place was a mistake. When we got to the property, they were three people sitting on the bench outside directly under the nose, smoking side smoking. We were not able to unload our luggage due to that area envelope in nasty smoke when I mentioned this to the front desk, the lady was the pure definition of unprofessionalism and was very impolite. She proceeded to tell me that they were maybe standing by the wall and it was OK for them to smoke there. When the rest of my family came in and we pointed that they were sitting right under the sign She proceeded to tell us that I did not specify that and then apologized for the inconvenience in the most insincere manner ever. It is at that very minute. We decided to just literally stay the night and not have any more conversations or even available of the breakfast at this property. The rooms just felt very dingy and just had a weird weirdness about it. This is the first place I’ve ever stayed where at check out the front desk never even asked how the stay was. I assume they didn’t want to ask the obvious answer due to how nasty their customer services. We know for sure we will never be staying at this chain ever again. The customer service and attitude of the people at the reception of this hotel is the most pudding I have ever witnessed

Room is great, common areas not so much!

I have so many mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing! Everybody I came in contact was wonderful. The room, a double, was spacious with a couch and small kitchenette. It was also quite clean. Fit our needs perfectly. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the hotel common areas. The pool was cloudy and deck needed a good cleaning. The small patio outside the pool was filled with leaves and quite uninviting. The entire pool and patio area desperately needs a good power wash. The entrance to the hotel was not inviting. Guest were smoking in an area next to the front door and the entrance needs a power wash. The gym was okay but also need cleaning attention because mold was growing in the corner. Just these small changes would make this hotel fabulous. It's in a quiet, safe area. So if you plan on staying in your room and not using the common areas this is a good choice.

This property had fire alarm problems all night! We had to be up for an early flight and the alarms went off 8-10 times from 9 until 4. The alarm is a very high pitched constant buzz. Went to front desk and was assured it would not go off again but went off at least 3 more times. I had to try to sleep in earplugs. Worst night I’ve ever been in a hotel. I will not be back at even the chance of this happening again. The fire department was not very happy either.

Ghetto hotel

Positives - a large cleanish room/decent work-out room Negatives - Pictures of their nicer sister hotel are used to advertise this hotel. Guests were visibly smoking pot (illegal) on hotel property. We were told nothing could be done. Housekeeping on weekends was refused (even when we asked for housekeeping) so we had to bring down our dirty towels, etc to the front desk for an exchange. We had to change our own trash. Dirty socks were lying on the check in counter. The employee knew about the socks so I asked if I could have a trash bag to remove them. She was not please after I offered because she ended up removing them herself. The in-door pool was filthy. The breakfast was fine but not worth the "resort fee." The breakfast employee screamed at a guest after the guest changed the setting on the toaster. He also told other guests they would be placed in timeout if they didn't clean up their breakfast trash. Two guests started a physical fight, crashed through the back door into the parking lot area, and the front desk employee ended up tackling one of the guests. The check in area had a massive leak in the ceiling. We wanted to demand our money back including the unexpected resort ( this was no resort) fee but the nature of our reservation said no refunds. Sonesta should be ashamed to have this hotel associated with their name.

This hotel was the worst, ever. An hour after breakfast started, the bar is gross, sausage half-done, fruit absent, juice almost empty. It was disgusting & gross. Only 1 attendant working, parking fee mandatory -not posted via website. Restaurant/bar only at specific locations -this was also not posted on the website. I will never stay at this hotel again... Housekeeping, where?! #Run
