Welcome to Slagledipityville Lake House where the Music meets the Lake. Situated on the beautiful Percy Priest Lake this lakefront home home has it all.
Conveniently located only 12 miles from downtown, it is the perfect place to retreat in a quiet space and only a 2 minute walk to the lake. Percy Priest Lake has awesome and fun activities, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, zip-line adventures, waterpark (Nashville Shores), marinas and restaurants.
There is plenty of parking for cars and/or boat.
We have 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a nicely appointed kitchen and dining room overlooking our serene backyard. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, is tastefully furnished with it's own en-suite full bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom is the Americana styled room, has a queen sized bed and also a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is lake-themed with a splash of Nashville's beautiful skyline, where the music meets the lake. It has a queen sized bed with a roomy closet. Both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are across from a full bathroom.
The living room has a huge comfy couch with a music/country vibe, where you will enjoy relaxation, listen to the radio, watch TV, read a book and just live.
The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities to make a full home cooked meal, bake, etc. Crock-pot, pots and pans, coffeemaker, rice maker/insta pot all provided. Open to the dining room which sits 6 people and overlooks the backyard and trail to the lake. Only a 2 minute stroll.
On the back deck, there is a screened room furnished with patio furniture to chill and take in the beautiful surroundings.
The home sits on a cul-de-sac on a peninsula, which provides peace and tranquility.
The garage is also accessible from inside the home with a washer and dryer for your use if needed. However, we ask that you park in the driveway, as the garage door is bolted shut and not accessible.

We had a great time in Nashville. This house was a home away from home. It was a quiet neighborhood and a relaxing place after a night on Broadway. It was beautifully furnished and lots of room for the 3 of us. I give this place 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed

Family Vacation in Nashville Tn

Being in a hotel it’s hard to visit and spend quality time together. We decided to rent a house where we could all hang out together, play games and watch Christmas movies. On Friday we went to see the Ice Polar Express and we had lots of fun. Then we toured Opryland Hotel and it was beautiful. Later we went to the Opry Mills mall and got something to eat, shop and we brought dessert home from Cheesecake Factory. 😋 The next morning we slept in and then took the trail down to the lake and skipped rocks. The water was real pretty and not stinky. The backyard was very peaceful place to hang out and bird watch. The next day back to the mall for bargains. We shopped till we dropped. I just wish we had taken more time to spend on the really nice screened in porch. God Bless you and your family as you share your home.

Nashville Visit

Lorena has a great place to stay when visiting Nashville. She was in communication before and during our stay and was helpful with restaurants and house "stuff". The property backs up to a reservoir and with a short walk through the woods you had beautiful views. Trip into Nashville was convenient, house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend
