Great property and the price was great compared to others! I didn't like that I could hear the construction when I asked for a quieter room however. The room itself was great and very clean. The location is very walkable to downtown broadway. The pool and the grills are a nice featute to visiting guests. I also enjoyed how easy check in and check out was. It was relatively easy to use your code to get into the building and use the elevator. I like well the room was decorated! Lovely little apartments!

Would not stay here again. Kiosks to check in after hours not staffed except for the very helpful security guy. Checked in on kiosk, made our key cards with the kiosk, got all the way up to room, they would not open door. Asked for help from security guy, he said the key making function was not working properly and we would have to come back in the morning for a key. Problem: we were not going straight to bed! He had to let us in the room and since the doors do not lock automatically, he had to come lock it behind us. When we returned from our outing, he had to let us back in. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE to say the least. Also, room floor was very sticky. Trash trucks making a ruckus outside our room at 6:00 am. No blackout curtains, very bright in the room. Very disappointed with our first time ever in Nashville.

pretty nice area, walkable, but i will say the layout is very confusing when u first arrive but you get the hang of it, also the communication wasn’t that great since i hadn’t revived a check in email so i had to figure it out all by guess work but was pretty simple. I was told that i didn’t recover a check in email because the person who did them just decided to not do them anymore, which is just ridiculous. We tried to call but the phone number doesn’t even work so that was annoying, but other than that it was a good stay and will probably stay again.

Convenient to bars, food, and Broadway

We got a one bedroom apartment for my GF and I for a 3 night trip. Self parking on-site is convenient and there are multiple elevators/doors depending on where your room is located. Checkin was slow....they required a copy of driver's license which I thought was unusual but not a terrible inconvenience. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable and so were the sheets. Pillows are alright....the bed is very squeaky. Bathroom has a large shower and a walk in closet. We were able to get Ubers quickly when we didn't want to walk. I would definitely recommend staying here.
