Was extremely great as always, I love coming to this spot in Nashville. While not exactly on broadway you are but a 5 minute walk from it and it’s such a great walk. The rooms are great and well kept, it’s quiet and the parking is super simple and easy. Highly recommended for anyone

Staying at hotels at places I’ve never been always brings a bit of anxiety for me. This place was great! Clean rooms, helpful staff, easy walk to downtown. I would definitely stay here again as I would recommend this place to everyone!

Called me late morning day of reservation that they overbooked and canceled my reservation. The agent did assist with my refund of parking, but driving 8 hours and now have to navigate a new place to stay for 3 nights was not great. I do recommend the Best Western Music Row, as that’s were we stayed. 10/10 there.

Great! Loved it! Beautifully decorated, clean, and convenient location. Felt great, would stay there again. Note the door to your room does not lock automatically. You have to manually lock it when you leave. Also the signs on the locks are backwards… the left should say right and the right should say left. Also note the pool is not heated but I’m sure is nice to swim in during the warmer months! Very well maintained.

I wanted to love it here- the building and amenities themselves are great but the property company has terrible communication. We had an issue with the first night we stayed that Maitenance was literally jackhammering the tiles in the entry way right outside our door from 11pm- 2AM and there was no one at the desk but security that informed us twice he could do nothing. We used their third party texting emergency line and went back and forth all night with no solution. They didn’t move us rooms or even get a hold of a manager. They told us to wait until the morning. No one contacted us in the morning, we didn’t get a hold of the manager until 3:30pm who was quite short with us- said they had no other rooms available and we had to ask for the night to be refunded. First she says that wasn’t an option since we went through Expedia but then called us back saying she could. We still have yet to see any kind of refund on our cards so fingers crossed it actually will go through because the card on the statement wasn't one of ours. When we brought that to their attention upon check out they said it’s because it’s one of Expedia’s since we prepaid through Hotels.com? I travel for work and have never heard that before. Overall the lack of follow up and solution based responses would make me very hesitant to ever stay here again which is a shame because the rooms are great and very clean so be super careful.

I've stayed here multiple times. Convenient location for walking all over Nashville. Great value. Excellent having a kitchen and washer. Moreover, the folks there are super helpful, friendly and accomodating. Look, staying in downtown Nashville is pricey, but this place really helps.

Very nice and clean apartment complex. I loved my stay here. They have an option of early check in for a fee and it worked great. I did have issues with the key card getting deactivated for the last 2 days of my stay which was annoying but we managed.

I had to pay to park 3 times because when you are required to prepay for a spot that you don't know where it is in the deck and it was so far away from the lobby and you needed a password to get into the building which didn't make sense to park first. Then the key didn't work for The room once we left

Great stay. Great, clean apartment. Friendly staff especially front desk. Location was perfect for walking around 10mins to Broadway. Felt very safe even though the area was a bit run down. Homelessness is in most major cities these days. Construction going on across the street but it was not a concern. Use the main road to walk to Broadway, We found shortcuts which were fine to walk in the daytime. Lots of places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. Price point was good in comparison to others. Better to have a short walk than pay over the top for a hotel on or nearer to Broadway.

Room was very nice. Check in was weird. There were no notes on the email about a code to use the elevator. My keycard did not operate the elevator. I would have been screwed if a kind fellow guest did not share the code with me. Also, entrace to the hotel on Google Maps is not clear. And there were no comments/notes about where the parking garage entrance is.

Close proximity to Broadway and other Downtown restaurants and bars. Not a traditional hotel so not a lot of staff but the staff we dealt with was helpful and courteous. As long as you’re not looking for coffee and breakfast in the lobby in the morning, great place for a weekend stay.
