Nasty, disgusting!

This hotel is poorly managed. Our room was deplorable at best. Found lots of leftover food from the previous visitor. The shower did not have hot water. Hotel.com's description is not even close at all. No laundry facility, there is a pool but not operational at all. Disgustingly filthy at best.

The room was nasty. Our tv did not properly work when we arrived. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The base board was falling off the wall. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The property was very run down. The room had water damage on the walls, damage around the cove base in the bathroom, damage on the bathroom door like a dog had tried to claw its way out. Peeling wall paper in bathroom near shower and toilet, room was in need of severe maintenance. P-tac a/c wall unit was filthy we were afraid to even turn it on. Property itself was in need of serious repair and cleaning. TV and phone did not work. I liked that there was no carpet only vinyl floor.

Pictures are totally misleading. I booked this room because it was close to downtown and the price. Checked in went to my floor got off the elevator and immediately met with the smell of trashy marjiuana. Went to room only one light in the room it too smelled. Room looked like something out of a horror film. Went to from desk told of my experience the guy gave me a different room on another floor. That room smelled better but wasn’t much more than the first. Later pulled the sheets back to go to bed. Hair was all over the sheets where they weren’t washed. Went back to front desk ask for new sheets. I went back to the room cleaned everything I could changed the sheets. Woke up with a small rash on my arm. Next morning I checked out and asked to cancel my next 2 nights. And a refund on those nights. Called back spoke to the manager/owner who was great to work with he apologized and refunded the next two nights I had originally booked.

Overall, you can definitely stay there but for the price I’m not so sure it was worth it, the ac didn’t work and the place needs a face lift.

Have stayed here every visit for several years. Comfy bed, hot water, working tv. They need to let customers know that weed stinks and should not be allowed in the hotel. Every night it was in the hallway and my room.

The property needs to be torn down & renovated. It smells really stale & old. You can smell the heavy cigarette smoke in the halls. The staff wasn’t courteous at all. Bathroom had fine short hair in the sink as if someone had shaved & not cleaned. Towels had visible dirty spots. Toilet dirty & tub. Linen was dirty. Room was extremely dusty, i sneezed as soon as i opened the door. Tv only played on half the screen & there were lines going across the screen. Front desk was trash. I had my 2 toddlers with me & was pure disgusted. I would’ve rather slept in my truck. -100/10 stars
