Our host Harry was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Broadway is walkable but we took Uber also especially late at night.We love Nashville and enjoyed our stay.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. This condo had everything we needed and has a great view of the river. Close enough to broadway to walk but with the weather we mostly took a quick uber. Harry was very welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo perfect for a single person, couple, or small family. Very clean. Great view of the river and near to downtown attractions. Best of all, the host, Harry, is a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond providing suggestions on Nashville attractions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and close to downtown. There was no overhead lighting in the bedroom and the room was rather hot when sleeping. No ceiling fan. There is also a construction site across the street. Again, it was clean and close to downtown, so it was a good price for what we got.

This condo unit provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Nashville. It was a one mile walk to Broadway, which was easy for us because we love to walk. We did Uber home at night, though. The community pool was very nice and it had a very nice view of the river where we could watch boats fly by. The check-in process was very easy and our host Harry was very easy to contact, if needed. Actually, he kept in touch with us more than I contacted him. We will definitely stay here if we ever visit Nashville again.

It was a great place especially for the money. While you could sleep up to four with one bathroom and the size it would be very tight. But for 2 people especially if you’re a couple it’s just right. A quick UBER ride to most locations including the airport.Thank again
