Complained about not hot water day one, complained again day two. Requested a new room for third night. At least that room had warm water. Pillows were awful. Only bright spot was a good quesadilla at the hotel bar.

Everything was great the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is the shower was not working properly it only had full on hot or full on cold and would not adjust the temperature. Great staff and the room was clean.

The staff was very nice and considerate. The breakfast buffet was great. They offered a lot of variety and fresh fruit. The only 2 things that didnt make the stay excellent was the following: 1. They charge to park ($22 a day). That is not disclosed unless you read carefully. The bad part is the exit barrier isnleft open to anyone that wants to come and go. None of the reviews mentioned the parking charge. 2. The hot water didnt work properly. Somwtimes it was hot and othee times it was cold. I did tell the front desk. Hopefully they get it fixed before the next guest comes. We paid a good price but the name didnt meet our standards for a luxary hotel.

Great price-quiet and clean…nice convenient location to Broadway district! Only wished they would have let us know ahead of time to let the shower run for like 15 minutes to get hot water on floors 9 and above. I’m e we did that-worked perfectly!

Lovely lobby area, comfortable bed to sleep in and a nice buffet breakfast (that you pay for). Shower door did not seal, but not a big deal. We would stay here again for closeness to the BNA Airport.
