We enjoyed our stay, will be back next year. Great location, convenient parking, easy walk or short Uber to downtown, and nice river view. The unit is in good shape, and we really appreciated that the second bathroom has a shower. Nearby construction noise and fencing is occasionally a nuisance, but not a big deal. Tim and Donna are excellent hosts!

Great family visit to Nashville

We traveled with our three college aged kids for our first visit to Nashville. The rental worked out great. Plenty of space for the five of us and the location was good. We enjoyed having the pool too.

Nice location on the River

I liked being on the river. That part was nice and we saw tons of little ground hogs which were cute. The walk to downtown wasn't bad at all but not sure I'd walk back at night because it was pretty deserted.The only negatives were that the bathrooms are pretty small and the rugs in the bathroom were not very clean. It's a pretty small place and I wouldn't recommend getting it for more than 4 people.Also, right now there is a huge building/apartments being constructed across the street and every morning we were awakened by the hammering. That won't be forever but it was a bummer.

Wonderful location! Walking distance to Germantown and Broadway. Property was updated and well appointed with a lovely view of the Cumberland River. Ground floor and lots of covered parking. Would stay here again!

We liked having covered parking because of bad weather in the area. There is construction across the street and you can hear the people moving in the unit above but a nice property. Well equipped and very responsive management.

Quick weekend in Nashville

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. There was plenty of parking which worked well for our group. There are several restaurants and a farmers market within walking distance, but the walk to Broadway was not practical on the cooler days, especially. We found that it was most cost effective to drive over and park at the huge parking garage next to the hall of fame. Would definitely consider this location again. The property owner was easy to communicate with.

Downtown Nashville Weekend

The location was great and the separate beds available worked for our group of 4 as we each wanted our own bed. Also, if you venture in the Gulch area please visit Gumbo Bros. and have the sausage and chicken gumbo. Its the real deal. And try a Sham Wow which is one of their signature cocktails. You won't be disappointed. Cheers.

We enjoyed downtown Broadway bars, our favorite was Category 10. Did some sightseeing, checked out the Opry Hotel. Location was perfect, very clean and enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. Very peaceful. Owners were great.

Location! Location! Loaction!

Really close walk to some great restaurants. Short walk or quick scooter ride to other restaurants and Broadway. Lots of construction all over Nashville, but not too bad to walk around it. Great to see that they are rebuilding 2nd Ave from the Christmas 2020 bombing.
