Great property, very convenient for a long stay. In suite laundry and the studio was very spacious, with exception of the small shower. Only stayed one night, on a road trip to Texas.

A few things didn't work properly, but the location and service were great. I was there for business and there was no iron or ironing board--not just in the room, but anywhere on the property. Seems like you could keep one downstairs.

This hotel is a great affordable stay in Nashville. Its a just far enough out of the nightlife of Broadway that its very quiet but also close enough to walk to Broadway attractions. 100% recommend a stay at the Motif.

Good hotel at a quiet neighborhood

It's not a downtown location so less suitable if you are going to a convention, It is in a quiet neighborhood near some good places to have coffee and eat and close to the university.

The upkeep of the property was outstanding!! apartment was great and clean. My only complaint is the sound is carried through at an alarming high volume both across rooms in the same apartment as well as through the floors. The last might we had some rowdy guests above us and were probably not aware of how much their noise carried through right till 3-4am.

Love Motif!

We were thrilled to find out that we were getting a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom which gave our kids their own rooms. The suite was spotless. I’ve never experienced a cleaner more orderly space. We loved that they had pints of Jenni’s ice cream for sale in the lobby icebox. Parking was easy and affordable. Our room cost was a great bargain for Nashville. Motif is located in a quiet area. A very quick Uber ride to downtown. We are in Nashville a couple of weekends per month, so we have stayed at many hotels and this is one we come back to time and again.
