This is a brand new property with lots of kinks that need to be worked out. To make an absolutely horrendous, miserable stay and the story that goes with it short, we never received a door code to get in, when we finally did, the keypads would not work, there is no one on site that can help, you have to call for help in majority of time it takes much longer than it should to get help. Once we finally got in, it was super frustrating we had to switch rooms twice, the first time at 1 AM when our air conditioning stopped working, then the refrigerator in the second room stopped working we lost all of our food. The stress of this ended up causing me a serious medical condition in which I was life flighted to the hospital, and then when we contacted the hotel about needing a late check out, they told us we would be charged $50 an hour for every hour that we were delayed. They did eventually comp one night stay, but that didn’t even cover the loss of the food from the refrigerator, not working. There was nothing enjoyable about this day, even before my medical emergency.
This property has tremendous potential to be a great stay, but they truly need to work on their hospitality aspect of it as they ruined my one vacation that I had this year, again, even before the medical emergency with all the hassles of things not working switching rooms, losing food and not being able to even to get into our room.
