AVOID !!

DO NOT BOOK- Had the worst sleep ever in the 1 bed apartment. It overlooks an eight lane motorway and the blinds do not stop the light, the traffic noise and car /lorry lights are constant and if you do manage to sleep then the bin lorry comes at 3am to wake you up- EVERY NIGHT !! The management company do not care and the description of this particular apartment is not accurate - carpets are filthy and the only redeeming feature ws the bed was a comfortable.

The highway noise of the unit I was in made it prohibitive to sleep and I’m not at all a sensitive sleeper. I checked out a night early and found other lodging that was quiet. Additionally there were personal items left behind by previous guests which was unsettling although the unit was otherwise clean. I won’t stay here again because of the noise.

5 STARS!!

We booked a day before, and the next day we got a text with how to enter the building and our room. It was really easy! Just have in mind that the address showed is not the address where the garage is located, and we ended up paying for parking because we just followed the signs, but got reimbursed by the 3 company. The apartment was soooo nice!! No noise, clean, and a really nice location!

The unit was okay at best. Main entry door to the building was broken and open all the time. Unit had some issues like stains on pillows and carpet, and the coffee machine didn’t work. The number it said to text with issues didn’t work.

I was very happy with the quality of the space. The beds were nice and firm but slightly soft which I prefer. The space was very large. The balcony was awesome. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I would have liked balcony furniture like a chair or two. City noise was expected but I’d bring headphones or plugs next time.

Property was very conveniently located. The check in experience was very easy there is no one on site but the digital check in and communication was great. Parking is a little confusing but manageable to figure out. The apartment we stayed in was nice. There were a few things that could be improved like a cleaner bathroom, the flooring in our unit was damaged and maybe some simple things like more cups, salt and pepper etc. however none of these things were major. The amenities like the pool and gym were also great! Overall I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Room was not ready. It looked like someone lived there when I arrived even though I had received a text that the room was ready. We went up to the room and used the code that was given, this did not work and when we went back down to the lobby the staff did not help in the slightest. No communication at all. Very disappointing!
