Room was half cleaned. Microwave and kitchenette top was dirty with food particles. Hair on bathroom walls. Floor had not been swept. No remote control nor light bulb in the lamp. No blanket in the room aa usual. Place is a fairly new property however, staff is coming across as peraa

Usually don’t have a problem with this hotel until lately. I checked in late after 10:30pm. Room was half clean. Floor was dirty and had not been swept. Lamp had no lightbulb. Microwave and kitchenette countertops were dirty. Hair was on the wall in the bathroom. There was no remote and blanket. Asked guest services to just give me a broom to sweep myself because it was late and I had already bought my stuff in and, a roach was in the broom. Hotel is fairly new but it’s seems that staff is half doing the work. Note to self, check condition of the room before settling in.
The A/C and shower were great. The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick and easy.
The blankets were super thin, so you’ll need to bring something else to stay warm if you like the A/C on. And there’s only cable TV, so don’t worry about Netflix, etc logins!
When checking in had to wait several minutes for someone to come to counter and than didn’t come so called the hotel so she came around the corner to answer phone so could finally check in. Not blow dryer, no shampoo or conditioner. Went to check out a sign and counter helping other quest will be back in awhile.
This is a new hotel therefore, had no problems with cleanliness's. Just didn’t like the room temperature. Temperature was too cold when the temperature outside dropped. Tried to turn on heat and it takes way too long to get warm which lead to an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
