Positives- very clean, nice breakfast not just a bagel. Rooms are nice and large. Negative- our bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. Our shower I felt as though my feet was gonna slide out from me.

I reserved a handicap accessible room. They changed our room on us. They said we had been upgraded to 2 king bedroom but couldnt tell me who changed the reservation. Someone there did it. The bathroom was too small for wheelchair. There were no hand rails in bathroom. Made things hard for us to get around. Staff at desk were not friendly.
