The hotel charge $10 per Day by parking

The truth is, I feel scam off by both, the hotel and the hotels.com platform (because you don't have a place to complain). Nowhere did it say they charged $10 for parking in the hotel's parking lot, especially considering there's no parking available there. If you ask for the hotel, it's a good value. Comfortable queen-size beds. It includes breakfast (nothing special) and is fairly easy to get to.

There was no one at the property when we got there for check in despite it saying 24 hour front desk. We had to call multiple times. The place was overall okay but the blankets had a gross smell to them. Would not stay again

Amazing Stay!

This is a great place to stay, the workers were great and very friendly. John was great and willing to work with us. The only concern I had was the person on the balcony above us were throwing their cigarette butts on the ground and landed on my car. I discussed this with the front desk and it was taken care of, again John was amazing. This place was also close to broadway and the uber rides were priced great. Highly recommend!

The service was great! After checking in I did not see a remote for the tv. One call to the front and before I could hang up the phone, I had it! I loved the parking, the quietness, and loved the customer service! Excellent spot that I would recommend when visiting Nashville! When I met up with the family members I was there to visit! They thought it was a cool spot to stay at too!

This hotel was in a great location. Never met a nicer staff! Couldn’t think of 1 thing to complain about! Even the AC cooled down as soon as we got there I’d stay again

There was blood splatter on the bathroom, room had a bad odor. Once we asked to be moved to a different room that the door didn’t latch and the sheets were yellow and full of hair. Road construction going on at 2am, ended up leaving to get a new hotel room because we just didn’t feel comfortable. Front desk guy was kind and helpful, but overall not the best experience.

Horrible stay had cockroaches in the room, main door didn’t actually fit the frame and just about locked, is a very rough neighbourhood and breakfast was only pancakes, rubbery sausage pattys and scrambled egg
