It was perfect for an extended stay. The unit was well-appointed and close to all amenities (grocery store, local attractions, etc). Communication with Kasa was excellent and there were no issues accessing the unit in spite of the virtual front desk setup. I would definitely return in the future.

After a business trip my wife an I needed to book a place of our own. We found this gem and are extremely glad we did. When I return to Nashville I will look to book here first. Very roomy and clean. Will not have the amenities (bar, fitness center, valet, etc.) that you find in a larger hotel chain but we weren't looking for that.

What a great place! My wife and I just returned from spending 11 days in Nashville, where Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown was our home. The location was perfect (…close to Broadway but not too close) and the booking experience from start to finish was one of the best I’ve ever had. And I travel a lot. The Kasa team was responsive to my questions, available at all hours (…or at least their AI Concierge was), our place was clean, well appointed and had a great vibe. Old, yet modern. And the price was great for that length of stay. The next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely have Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown at the top of our list. It’s a wonderful spot.

Having never stayed where there was no front desk was quite confusing for me and my senior citizen friends. Check-in was at 4 pm and we got an email at 4:05 with instructions on what to do. Would be helpful to receive message at 12:01 am with checkout instructions. We were leaving early and had no idea how to handle parking pass. Kudos to quick response to our email inquiries.

Nice place! Great location, easy to access the unit, comfy beds. There is a Keurig coffee maker station in the lobby. The only downside was the parking garage: it’s conveniently located across the street, but it’s terribly tight and overcrowded and I often wasted time going up and down eight floors to find an open spot.

Great location, quiet but a quick walk downtown. Great decor, extremely comfy bed, great kitchen and living area. Wifi worked great. Common area with coffee and water station super convenient. Parking right across the street. Complaints are that there are no hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletry kids, and that some of the units are semiinterred on the ground floor and have almost NO natural light. I would not want to stay in one of these units again because I need the light. i would have appreciated even knowing that it was a possibility to be in a lightless room.
