The hotel was new and clean. Very nice decor. However, there were a few times when there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait until someone showed up.
No security or staff hardly at the front desk, no house keeping. Housekeeping is only provided after the second day but when we asked the third day no one ever showed up until the last day of our stay. Nice staff.
Breakfast was ok. No one ever at the bar. Two waters a day was cool. Only one toilet paper as provided for four of us, and when they finally cleaned they only stocked one.
Not too far from downtown. Shopping area and eateries. Clean and nice hotel.
We usually stay in downtown and opted for a quieter change. This is not a flashy hotel, as pricey or lively location compared to their Thompson(Gulch area) but I would rather book this location next time. Their service was much kinder and room was cleaner. The only thing I wish was the self parking spots were not as tight.

When we booked we asked for extra coffee which was not there.
Staff was not very friendly, almost as if they didn't enjoy their jobs and they were letting it show. They weren't rude, but they weren't pleasant or happy.
We were especially disappointed that the breakfast, while the flavor was good and it was well done in terms of display and quality, it was cold...eggs, potatoes, and, the sausage was barely warm.
My husband says he is not interested in staying there again. Too bad.
A nice property with potential, but it could use a few upgrades to customer service. The breakfast experience is bland and below basic standards for a Hyatt brand. Very little option with the food choice. Even the staff did not vouch for the food they were serving.
The hotel is operating on limited staff. The same person manages the front desk, bar area and housekeeping during the evening/night shift.
The breakfast looked better in the pictures but it was still very good, my husband and I enjoyed the orange juice the most. The room was beautiful and wished we’d gotten there sooner to spend more time enjoying it, but overall would definitely come back!!
We loved staying here! It was a great location, clean and comfy beds. The hotel breakfast was very good - and free!! Will stay again next time we’re in Nashville
