Adam evening clerk became very unprofessional and hostile instead of trying understand why I asked was why he chose to change my room to my sister’s name when I purchased the hotel and paid he got louder I’m telling him why are you talking to me like he kept going never with and explanation. The supervisor Mieka (sorry if I misspelled her name) she kept looking at him but never trying to get him to back down. He continued to disrespect me and yelling that I didn’t even want to go up and ask for ice or where it was the next day. I told him he didn’t have to talk to me the way he did I then stated I would report him and he said “Go right ahead, nothing is going to happen good luck.” I walked away and called him a narcissist and he said yes call them good luck. There were other people sitting far back by the glass with the aquarium piece and just looked in awe. He really made me feel very uncomfortable. He also told me that I couldn’t have water because it’s for rewards members and I found out the next morning staff I did indeed have a membership. He couldn’t tell explain why I had 2 credit cards attached to my account. All I did was ask questions that concerned me but instead there was no explanation at all. I came to him with no issues wanting to understand and find out why again there were 2 cards instead and why he changed my name when I purchased the room. Afraid of what would happen to my deposit. He made me feel very uncomfortable & targeted. UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENC
