We had a nice stay. The location is amazing. There were some yellow stains on our room ceiling that were not pleasant to look at (room 523). Our bathroom was tiny which was a bit disappointing for having a king room. But overall, it's a friendly and comfortable property with great location. Lobby has some nice aspects to it, and the pool was nice.

The outside of the building is very well kept. The insude is clean and the toom is super clean and very comfortable. Check in wad great as wrll as room service. They all have made us feel at home.

The elevator was very dirty and smelly, every time we used it. The sheets had holes and very lumpy, stiff bed and pillows. Air unit loud and clicking noises in hallway was distracting. Felt musty.

Once again our stay at Holiday Inn Vanderbuilt was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shuttle was frequently a bit delayed or full so we used Uber. We do like the proximity to the Local, 51st Deli, and two Starbucks options.

The pool is not heated at all. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had an outdoor pool. I wish I knew it wasn’t heated 😐
