The first room I was placed in had a sink that would not drain and a toilet that backed up and took a long time to flush. I had to manually pour water into the toilet to get it to work at one point and then it just sat there. Eventually, it went down but the toilet still wouldn't flush properly. I originally contacted the front desk about the sink, before the toilet issue occurred but no one came to address it. I went back the next morning to address the sink and toilet issues and was moved to another room with a working bathroom. Overall, it worked out fine, but I do wish the staff had been more responsive/responded in a timely manner.

Upon inspecting the bed sheets I found hair on both beds. When I informed the front desk I was told there was one housekeeper who does not inspect the rooms when cleaning to make sure everything is ok. I was moved to another room. Although nothing was on the beds this time there was pieces of stray hair in the shower. I’m not certain on the cleanliness of the rooms/hotel even though it appears to be clean.
