Room was fine. Erin, front desk person was very rude. I booked an 830 shuttle. Arrived in lobby @ 820 and siad i was there for shuttle. No driver @ 830. Asked erin and she said hed be right there. 845, no driver. Asked erin again and she was very rude and unconcerned that the driver was late. Wouldnt give her name either.

Room was fine and staff was friendly. However, we learned upon arrival that you have to pay to park at this hotel. We then returned from the Opry one night there were no spots left. Won't stay here again.

Pool did not work and the check out process at the desk was horrible since attendant profiled me by asking to see my physical credit card just to match it to what’s on file. Never had to do that at a hotel when checking out. It was presented when I check in so wa really concerning to me. Sad really.
