New employee at the desk. (We stay there frequently). She couldn't get the key card programmed correctly so we had room access. HOWEVER She quickly accompanied 3 tired travelers to their room and let us in! Bed was WONDERFUL! Even offered us a late check out! Love this place!

Bad communication, had booked for two nites however had a call that daughter was in a vehicle accident had to leave a day early. No call by manager when asked about one nite credit. When checking into room noticed AC not working blowing warm when wall said 70. Waited like front desk stated. Called back THEY TOLD ME a how to fix ac with no concern to coming and looking at it as a paid customer. I was asked to unplug wires and put back in . So this alone I had to do several times to get it to work the ONE night I stayed.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a shuttle back to the airport with no issue. I would recommend this hotel.

Love that its close to the airport. No service in your room unless you call or ask. They may make the bed, but that"s it. Towels just in a pile and not a complete set. Only 1 microwave in the building and no paper products to support using it. Food is typical cheap bar food.
