The hotel is modern and convenient if you plan to walk to the Gulch or to Broadway. Thurngood at the front desk was friendly and helpful, as well, going out of his way to find hot chocolate for my son. Breakfast has many options.

The front desk staff and valet were absolutely unmatched. Friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Middle elevator was down and our bathroom was not the cleanest. However, the people working there took our 3 star experience to 5 stars.

The valet parking fee at this hotel is extremely expensive. Also, there is no sink or kitchenette area in the room, so I don’t think it’s a very suitable hotel for family travel.
