This is a great location to walk to Broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a big hit so much to choose from. We will for sure be staying there again when visiting Nashville.

Everything was great except our toilet plugged but was fixed very quickly No bottled water in the room had to purchase separately Last night after our room was cleaned we didn’t have any bath towels, tried calling the front desk when we realized at 5 in the morning when we had to get up shower and head to the airport, no one answered the phone we had to dry off with hand towels Not enough toilet paper in the rooms had to go and get more 2 days in a row. Other than that the hotel was great Breakfast was good lots of choices and the staff were very friendly. Location is excellent for Broadway

It was a nice place, and the staff were truly amazing. I could have brought this up, but I did not at the time, but we did notice some stains on our towels and washcloths. We did ask for more towels to avoid using the stained ones. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Was witjin a couple blocks of the main.broadway area. Well lighted area, felt safe. Hot water was being serviced so only downside was lack of hot water during the first part of our stay

We arrived on Monday evening and were informed by staff that they had to replace the hot water heater earlier in the day and there would be no hot water that day. We didn’t have hot water until the day of our departure on Thursday morning!! We had to take cold showers during our stay, not very enjoyable.

I booked this hotel Based on the reviews of the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room was not to a standard I’d call clean. The walls were dirty, the bathroom didn’t seem clean. The hot water took almost 9 mins to come out. The sink clogged every time we ran water. However the dining area was immaculate. Breakfast was great! Staff were so friendly and personable. The room was the biggest disappointment. The surrounding area felt Desolate at times. The walk to broadway was less than ten mins so that was convenient.

You get what you pay for has never been more accurate. The location is perfect. 6 blocks to the heart of Broadway. The facility, however, I do not recommend. There was plywood screwed to the wall in multiple areas, the bar is small and there is no live music and the happy hour specials that were posted, were not honored. They were turning the water off for a few hours one day, not sure why. The driveway/valet area was so small and disorganized, I was worried about the well being of my vehicle. My husband is in a wheelchair and the elevators were almost impossible to use with him, myself, and a luggage cart. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money and stay here. I had a future reservation, the following month and cancelled it.
