Property advertised as having a pool. In reality, it was closed and had an abandoned push broom laying in it, and green water standing in it. I would not have booked if I had known there was not a pool as advertised. I paid extra to find this amenity, which they did not have. Parking is very crowded too. But worst of all, the place would not give my senior discount. I have an entire week of travel booked at Holiday Inn Express, unfortunately. Never again. What a scam!

Quick stay, a day, nice clean hotel, buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. Stayed in room 303..clean and efficient. Only down side that room is front of building and you can hear shuttle to airport running all night..

My initial interactions with the front desk was by phone. Very friendly, pleasant, and professional! Only dislike was the cleanliness of the floor in my room. Stains made it somewhat uncomfortable, especially, with an active 2yr old who wanted to play on the floor. Sanitation of the floor was questionable. Other, I would've given a score of Excellent.
