I stayed in room 411. The hotel was so nice. Unfortunately, the next morning I woke up with several bites on my arms and neck. My daughter who slept in the other bed didn't have any bites. I went to the doctor and was told they were bed bug bites. I took pictures.

I purchased the full hot buffet and it was more than worth it however I can see how it can get pricey for a family of multiples over multiples days. Thankfully I was only in town for a night. It was convenient as most things were closed on Thanksgiving morning. Room and common areas were VERY clean. I used to clean professionally and will say I was impressed with how clean the floors and carpet in the room were particularly..would stay again for short stays if traveling solo. Convenient to most things also, but again I didn’t get to explore as it was a ghost town Thanksgiving day.

Nice hotel. Booked it through Expedia pre paid ,Then they charged me again at the hotel and said it was for incidentals, but no, it was the price of the booking fee. That won’t go off my card. I asked two different people at front desk to fix the issue and both said they couldn’t. I have to talk to a manager who won’t be there for three days. I have no idea if I will get the money back, but I guess since I paid double for the room for one night it should be a really good hotel.

My room was not clean it was a sock left in the bathroom from a previous stay. Hairs left in bathroom. Rooms were thin you could hear peoples conversation and dogs playing.
