Food options are poor and the room needs some plumbing attention and equipment maintenance.
Breakfast was average, the room was comfortable, easy great internet access, easy to get to all areas in Nashville. Overall a little better than average. Our room had a squeaking a/c it was our fault for not saying something, im sure that the staff would've taken care of it. It was only noticeable at night. My family of 4 stayed 4 nights.
Very nice place to stay! Great customer service! Good breakfast offerings. Clean and comfortable.

a quick trip
Our stay was fine. I like the suite, being able to sit in another room from our bed room.. Location was good for us as after our Nashville dealings we headed east. It "appears" they had done some re-modeling, but there are some ruff edges that need attention. Would we stay there again? Yes
We loved our stay here! All staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable! We stayed in a king suite and it was one of our favorite hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in! We loved everything about our stay here and will absolutely be staying here again next time we’re in Nashville
Wen paid extra for a suite and all we got was this tiny area with 3 walls, tv and sofa. Very tacky for a suite. Every time I went to talk to the front desk there was no one there or a line 5 deep. I was in contact with someone with text messages and photo's but they stopped responding. The bathroom door had a lot of peeling paint and the walls were missing tiles. The bedroom part of the suite was good.
Availability for a room in a pinch great!
Stayed 1 night at The RedRoof which I purchased through Hotels.com, very disappointed with Hotels.com & RedRoof inn! My room was dirty, did not want to touch anything, let alone having to spend a night there! Didn’t even shower it was horrible! Disgusting,
Stayed the one night and was charged for 2 nights,! Ugh!
still awaiting my refund for that night, Hotels.com was supposed to take care of this situation but here it is 1 month later no response or refund!
Going to have to take care of it now with my credit card company!
I Was so happy to have a place that was clean and comfortable for me, As I have OCD! I won’t touch anything or let anyone else touch anything either unless it’s clean!
So happy to have found Country Inn!
I Would recommend them to anyone who has clean issues! You will feel comfortable there!

Very noisy. Can hear the room above. Beds are very uncomfortable.
