Awful stay and horrid hotel

Hotel had major roadworks outside the main entrance which were very noisey and made it difficult to drive in and out of car park due to tarmacking the road!!! No apology from hotel or told about this before arriving We had major issue with payment when I had booked two rooms and we gave two cards for payment separately of the two rooms. Both room chargers were put on my card. I asked them to remove and charge my cousin for his room…they said they would have to talk to management! This didn’t happen in the two days I queried. The reception was most rude when I checked out and told me wasn’t her fault!!! Again no apology given or any attempt to help correct…just told me to talk to my credit card provider to fix!!!!!!

Front desk staff very friendly . Room and hotel in general for the most part is well maintained. The only concern we had is that there was a black mold around the bottom of the shower entrance. It needs to be re-caulked to eliminate the perceived black mold appearance. I actually took a picture of this but have not up-loaded it.

Although this hotel is very convenient to the nearby airport, I would not stay again due to the fact the customer service is abhorent. I called to check availbility before booking as our flight was delayed, and the front desk clerk was rude and hung up the phone. Upon checking in I inquired about the shuttle to the airport, I was instructed to call down 15 minutes before I was to need to the shuttle. As instructed, I called down the next morning to inform that we would be needing the shuttle. The clerk yelled at me and stated "why are you calling, you dont need to call you just need to be down here". Upon coming downstairs the then (what I assume manager) was on the phone yellling to the shuttle driver because he was running late as one of the employees did not show up for work. At that point I just called and Uber. The only thing I can say nice about this hotel is that it was clean.

Super close to BNA airport and close to Downtown. Incredible staff and reception. Love the breakfast and their flexible hours. I’ll definitely want to return here. Very clean rooms.

This was the perfect place to stay. Right next to Graceland. It was beautiful. Loved the theatre and all of the amenities. My room was SO nice!
