I was pleasantly surprised! We arrived late evening and had the sweetest welcome ever! Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable and clean. I am a clean freak, and I tend to be very critical but no complaints from me. I would stay there again and again provided it doesn’t change. (We didn’t eat breakfast because we met our son for brunch downtown.)

The woman working Friday evening was extremely rude, not only to me when I checked in but also when I asked for extra bedding for the pull out couch. She was also extremely rude to other people that were checking in/ spraying us down with Lysol? Asking me if my daughter was coughing (which she wasn’t) then wouldn’t check us in until she sprayed the place down with Lysol again. The staff for the rest of my stay was great. Wi-Fi was terrible and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean, but the shower was a little broken, but worked fine. My biggest thing for not giving a higher ranking was that while we were there a couple cars got broken into (not mine, but other guests). There really isnt a whole lot the staff themselves can do, but would be nice if some sort of security was hired.
