We loved staying here because of the convenience, cleanliness, friendliness and amenities. The staff was wonderful and helpful about all things Nashville. We were able to pay a small amount for a shuttle that went downtown. The frequency worked for us and totally worth the small price of $15 roundtrip. We loved the happy hour from 5-6pm. This is definitely a must stay - we'll be back!

Clean hotel

Hotel was nice, clean room, comfortable. My only complaint is that the air was turned off in the room and we got in late, room felt damp. Took a long time to cool off and dry out. Recommend keeping air on so this doesn’t happen in the future. Made it hard to sleep comfortably for quite a while. But overall room was nice and clean.

The vibe is not so good. The hotel lobby door is locked by 7pm. It feels a bit unsafe. There is a smell like marijuana in the first floor hallway even though you need to sign a form saying no smoking or vaping.

Breakfast was quite good. I was disappointed there was not a restaurant/bar a walkable distance. Expedia said there was one on sit and no hot tub. Also hard to get through the open gate. Friendly staff. Some corners needed cleaned. Nice location, not too crazy

The two women at the counter when we checked in were very delightful! I hate that I forgot to get their names. They recommended a pizza place which happened to turn out just as good as they suggested it was. They also told us how to get it delivered straight to our door without having to go out to the lobby. We barely spent any time in our hotel room but the breakfast was great!! I highly recommend this hotel to lay your head down at night too!

Property was very well kept. Very clean. Room was a joy, the mattress was fantastic. Happy hour and snacks were a pleasant surprise 👍. And the breakfast was varied throughout the 3 days we were there. Was very pleased with the total experience.

Just another average over priced hotel. Nothing special. Customer service was good. I reserved and paid for in advance the upgraded room with the patio or balcony and we didn’t get that which was disappointing. How to you not have one available when we reserved one for our visit??? Hoping we will be getting a refund on the difference.

The receptionist at the front desk, Ashley, when we arrived, was so sweet and helpful! They have locked parking area and free breakfast. All of these amenities made our stay very nice!

Good stay for the price. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and my neighbors were loud! Other than that I enjoyed the free parking and breakfast. We don’t drink but the hotel does offer free happy hour.
