This stay was absolutely fabulous! We had eight ladies, we each had our own bed plus there was plenty of room in the house for us. Great hosts and very prompt to respond to requests. Close proximity to the bus stop, Nashville Farmers Market and Georgetown restaurants. Highly recommend this property and would definately stay again.

We found the house easily and check-in was smooth! The house was very clean and it looked just like the pictures! There were seven of us on a girls trip to Nashville! We booked XL Lyfts and we all fit! We enjoyed the huge table every evening when we played cards and games! The refreshments in the refrigerator were very appreciated! Family Honky Tonk Trip

Great place as advertised. Super close to Broadway. Walk to Farmers Market, 10 Uber to the bars and restaurants on Broadway. Very clean house. Location is near Germantown but not in it. Backs right up to a KFC. Was not a problem. No noise no smell. Would definitely stay there again!!

This property has it all!!! The location is superb, the house is spacious, well stocked with at least two of everything you may need, easy check in and check out, and wonderful communication and help from our host!! We accidentally forgot several items when we checked out and our host helped us retrieve them easily!! This place is wonderful and made our stay in Music City extra special!!! Thank you!!

Perfect size and location.

The location of this property is perfect for a Nashville stay. We were a family of 7. We had plenty of space and things to do in the area. One downside was that the electricity did not work in two of the upstair rooms.
