Beautiful stay!

This picturesque house was perfect for our needs! We were in and out a lot going to Franklin and Nashville, it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The area is beautiful with beautiful homes! We were happy to stay here!

Although the home met our needs, it needs some attention before renting again. It's missing a few essentials like an ironing board/iron, large bowl for tossed salads/popcorn/etc., shower soap (it had shampoo & conditioner but no shower soap), more than 2 trash bags and ideally a couple of plastic Ziplock bags and or foil. It also needs some specific cleaning/repair like.. replace light bulb near grill (it was out), remove all the spider webs from the windows and or clean the windows, clean the outdoor chairs (they were so dirty we couldn't sit outside), remove plastic bag sitting next to home in the back (think it was filled with mulch) and last, check the HVAC system as some sort of fan was constantly running but it didn't seem to have anything to do with the thermostat. Thank you.
