Satisifed with my stay at this property. Pretty solid location adjacent to cool spots in the Gulch area. While modern and clean, rooms are a bit on the small side. Breakfast croissant sandwich is above average - this may have been my favorite thing. Buyer beware about high cost for valet, look for cheaper garage parking nearby.

I loved Caption! I stayed 2 nights for a concert. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. My room was very clean( I am a hotel housekeeping manager) The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the decor was really cool! I was very impressed and I will definitely stay there again

We stayed at the Caption by Hyatt in Nashville for 5 nights. The purpose of our trip was to go to two Pearl Jam shows and to visit Nashville obviously. The hotel was a short drive from the airport, 10-15 minutes. We just grabbed an Uber for that. We had the breakfast included package which was great, the food was local cuisine. There always seemed to have plenty of seating, food was good and staff was friendly. Building is very new, and with that some bugs to be worked out. Rooms were nice and new, minor issues. Coffee cups were too small for the room machine, when you filled the water to the fill line they would overflow the cups. Door would slam shut we just had to be cognizant to ease it closed not to disturb our neighbours. The water and ice filling stations were very accessible and a great idea. The hotel was a quick 10 minute walk to the Bridgestone Arena and the downtown area. Overall really enjoyed the hotel, would visit again!
