Our family stayed at the Caption during New Year’s week and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel staff were very courteous and the restaurant staff, though busy, were great. New Year’s at midnight they served us champagne and provided party hats. On a separate note, their breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again; we give them a 10/10.

Nice hotel. Comfortable room. Was not aware there would be no bar or restaurant operating all evening Christmas Eve and all of Christmas Day. Was only told when checking in. Asked staff for list of restaurants that would be open and they gave us names. All closed. They should have been prepared with options that had been checked for guests if they weren’t going to be open. Parking at $52 was extortionate.

Very satisfied with location. Everything was in walking distance and absolutely loved the rooms and the decor. The front desk was always willing to help with any questions or suggestions. Will definitely be staying here again when going to Nashville!

The breakfast menu didn't have a lot of options. However, the food was good and the staff was amazing. The rooms were fully stocked and clean but keep in mind there is not a microwave in the room for those of you who may want one. The room was extremely spacious, i stayed in a Deluxe King room on the 11th floor had a great view as well.
