While the general location was convenient, the hotel is next to a train yard and the trains run all night. My husband is wheelchair bound so our problem with the hotel was the lack of thought that went into designing the handicapped rooms. The door is very heavy, opens into the room and has no way to prop it open. It is very difficult for a caregiver to get a wheelchair in or out while trying to also hold the door open. The large threshold into the bathroom also presented a problem. There was only a tub in the bathroom, no wheelchair accessible shower. There was what I suppose was a seat across the tub which made it inaccessible to me until I removed it. Once removed, there's no place to put it except next to the toilet which then makes the toilet inaccessible to the wheelchair patient until the 'seat' is put back into the tub. A minor thing, there was a coffee maker in the room but only decaf coffee. Lastly, the 'mattress' felt more like a thick sleeping pad that one might use on the floor. We had no interaction with the staff other than check in so I can't say if they were friendly or not.

Staff was very kind and helpful! Free laundry service made it so convenient to get all of our clothes clean, before headinf home from our vacation! Room was very spacious and clean! It had all of the amenities one could hope for and more, during your stay.

The front desk staff was friendly. The bathroom in ourbroom was marginally clean. We weren't able to get room keys at check-in and had to be let into the room. If you need rest, choose a different location as the train runs through this area -- no fault of the hotel of course.

It is safe to say that this is probably one of the better properties I’ve stayed at in a very long time! The room was clean and the property was kept up. Being close to a CVS was nice. The staff (and free coffee) was amazing. Every member of the staff was kind and friendly. I don’t think I could ask for anything more!

This was a last minute booking and thankfully they had availability. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean including lobby and our room. I really liked it was a small suite with kitchen. The snacks in the lobby available for purchase had a variety of options. Parking was nice. I will book again for sure.

Bring ear plugs

They sure dont tell you that this location is right by a rail yard. All you hear, all night, trains clacking and thumping. Each employee we encountered acted as if we were disturbing their TV time. The lady at the check out at least smiled. That was the one smile we got from staff. Just suprised at the whole experience. The room was pretty nice. All in all, if in the area again, will not be staying here again.
