Front desk staff at checkin was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Bathroom amenities included Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. Kitchenette was fully stocked with pans, dishes and silverware. We were only passing through and stayed one night but it was a fine stay.

Staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean! Breakfast was really good! I was very happy to see you have pineapple/orange/guava juice! Also, kudos to the lady in charge of the breakfast area. I saw her help an older lady by getting her coffee and helping her to a table. Very nice to see this help!

At least replace the windows with double pane. Save on HVAC bills and reduce the noise. I had to check if the window was open the road noise was so loud. Also; some guests on the fourth floor enjoyed 3:00 am laughter and door slamming. I saw the sign, but maybe they do not read English.

The coffee situation was bad. The machine brews 1 cup at a time so had to wait awhile to get coffee. Then we tasted the coffee and it was terrible

The room was clean, but we did have a problem with bugs , mostly on the ceiling and high on the walls. And we were able to kill them, but they shouldn't have been there to begin with. Looked like ladybugs but not. We were impressed with the staff person named Jackie. She was very attentive and friendly. I mentioned the stove not working and she went right to our room and fixed the timing thing so it would work. I watched her with other customers and she was friendly and hard working with them as well. Overall, we were pleased and would stay at Candlewood again.
