For the price I had to pay, I would think you'd at least have complimentary coffee in the lobby. I know there were coffee pods in the room but you still have to have water and it's just not as friendly as being able to get a cup as you take off for the day !

Very nice staff! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Close proximity to downtown; just a quick uber ride away to all the best stuff in Nashville!

The ceiling in our room was not finished. For the price it would have been nice to have a finished room. No house keeping in our room for the entire time there. Dining prices were outrageous and very limited options. Location is not the greatest.

Our room was great. Clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and staff was really helpful and kind. Just be aware it’s valet parking lonly so factor that in during your stay to make sure it will work for you.

I like the central locality of this property near downtown and near the expressway. Great restaurants nearby and near attractions. Staff was pleasant and nice rooftop bar but no smoking area for cigar smokers. Did not like the entryway difficult interaction with traffic but great stay and very nice newer hotel.
