Advertising said indoor pool and hot tub NOT THE CASE! Had dinner at the top floor restaurant took 2.5 hours. Appetizers was brought wrong then waited another 1 to get the correct one. Then as a party of 3 pork chop was brought out 30 minutes before 2nd persons tacos, then 20 minutes later 3rd person's cheeseburger was brought! Horrible experience. Hotel was clean and getting new towels was an issue. Wont stay there again.

The front desk staff was very dismissive with us. Whenever we approached the desk for a service, several times we were ignored, while staff talked amongst each other. There is no parking at the hotel what so ever. The only option you have is to pay for Valet which is $45 per day. The valet's were always polite and helpful, unlike the hotel staff.
