This was my first time at a Cambria Hotel. I was very impressed by the beautiful lobby, the very clean halls and room, multiple places to hang coats and towels, the AI bathroom mirror, the coffee/amenities station, lots of places to set your things down, large screen TV with multiple positions, super comfortable bed and pillows, and lastly, blackout shades. Just a really nice room and at a very reasonable price. New fan.

My room at the Cambria hotel was absolutely wonderful! I of course expected it to be clean and comfortable and it was and the little extras: the layout, the wall art, awesome bathroom mirror just made it feel extra comfortable and modern. I was sad I was only spending one night there.

My room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Staff (both check in and restaurant) were 10 out of 10. I only had breakfast at the restaurant but my egg white omelette was massive and tasty. I've stayed at so many hotels near BNA to visit family and I have finally found my go-to.

Courteous staff, my wife and i received a free room upgrade. Hangers, Cambria restaurant that is located inside the hotel. The food was delicious. Whenever im in Nashville, TN this is where is stay. The front desk staff, very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you cambria.

The room was clean and everything was nice and new. Taking away one star for a bad experience at the bar area where I (black woman) was ignored for several minutes and another (white woman) came and was immediately served. When asked about it she acted as if she didn't see me, but then proceeded to get my order wrong after I dealt with the initial disrespect. I left the food and the hotel to get food despite having a breakfast credit because of how poor the experience was.
