The beds was amazing. I slept like a baby. The gym was nice and the facility was clean. The hospitality workers seem like they were just there for a paycheck. The one person that stuck out was Jose P. He was fantastic. He should be promoted.

Front desk staff needs customer service training. They’re not very friendly. Not their fault but we needed the shuttle at 3:45 apparently it doesn’t start until 4am. This should be noted before booking your hotel (shuttle hours). Also, bartender was slow and not very attentive. Great food and drinks… just slow.

Fantastic stay. Arrived earlier than expected and called hotel - they sent shuttle right away. Was able to accommodate early check in which was appreciated. Super comfy bed. Being an airport hotel and on the flight path there was a fair bit of aircraft noise until 9:00pm or so.
