house could use some TLC called with in minutes of check in to see about being moved and was told someone from the main office would reach out and no one ever did so we made due, no pans hardly, no washer and dryer, guess thats on me should have read the home amenities better. beds are not comfy

The house was fine. It felt pretty corporate—no personal touches I wouldn’t describe it as inviting. It was clean enough. The beds were adequate, a little on the hard side. The bath towels were great. The shower seemed to have a temperature limiter on it—it doesn’t get particularly hot. The instructions were fine but seemed to be generic for multiple properties. (It said to start a load of laundry but there was no accessible washer.)

Kitchen was fairly equipped. No toaster which we would have liked. Lots of dishes and coffee pot was great. Just two blocks from Kroger's grocery store and other stores wanted for our stay. Very easy access into place. Would highly recommend this place fora cozy quiet stay.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. Very cozy with just the right amount of space and amenities. We had 3 people stay in this apartment very comfortably. There is one bathroom here, so just keep that in mind if you have a large family or small children. That feature might make things difficult on occasion. For our particular experience, it was perfect. Thank you so so much!

It was a nice home to stay in for a Nashville weekend. I didn’t realize it’s 15 minutes away from the city so lots of Ubers but it was super affordable and you have your own backyard! Super close to food and liquor stores!

You get what you pay for

Start with the good. So much potential! Perfect neighborhood for my needs. Quiet, close to downtown, 15 minutes to Broadway. Seems safe. Overall cute and “looks” pretty clean. I feel like this place needs some love. Don’t use garbage disposal. Throws breakers in the house. Oven filthy. Dishes are plastic and say not to use in microwave, but someone obviously has. New sheets and towels, but never washed. Made for scratchy nights and fuzz in your hair after shower. Speaking of shower. Don’t expect hot water, Luke warm at best. . only. And there’s mice. Exterminator needed.

Great location, cozy house

East Nashville Discovery is a perfect name for this VRBO rental house. The location is so convenient for exploring the coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in this neighborhood. It is also only 10 mins from downtown Nashville. We took advantage of both areas as well as walking on the quiet residential streets around the house during our 3 night stay. We did have a disappointment upon arrival the first night. The bedroom and bathroom linens had not been changed. We made the best of the situation as the rest of the house was very clean. The next morning management sent a housekeeper with clean linens and he got us all fixed up. Easy, free parking in the driveway. The front entrance has 3 uneven steps. Not an issue for us but could be difficult as there is no handrail.handrail.

Nice house, great location!

We did like the house. They have remodeled it nicely and the location was very close to downtown. Only thing I would suggest is to put more toilet paper in the bathroom. We were here for five days, two people and only two rolls of toilet paper. Just a reminder…😊
