The property is cottage style with central air conditioning, a fully equip kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, deck with furniture sand 6 person hot tub, and has a large yard fenced from the road that is ideal for family gatherings. The home is walking distance to the Point Judith Lighthouse, the beach, surfing areas, a fishing pier, boat launch for kayaks, canoes, jet skis, etc. Within a minutes drive are restaurants, ice cream, and nightlife. The back guest cottage is only available for use May through October. Sheets and towels are at the house for guest’s convenience- there is NO laundry service, guests are responsible for washing and drying all linens that they use prior to departure.
