The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the port, the marina and the salt flats in the distance, in a quiet area (for regulars karaoke is closed permanently ...), and close to restaurants and shops.
It is very well equipped for 4 to 6 people: large terrace to the south (2m by 3.3m you can eat and sunbathe on it ... An electric shutter allows you to shelter from the sun if it knocks too much ...), equipped kitchen: everything is integrated, your eyes rest .... induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo. The location of this apartment was great and the host was very responsive. You get a partial marina view and the balcony is great for relaxing. The check-in process was fine, except for the parking instructions, which were unclear and caused us to waste some time driving around looking for the right lot. The apartment toilet (which is separate from the sink/shower) is extremely small. I’m a slim and mobile person and I was knocking into the walls and hitting my head on the wall shelving unit that is installed on the wall. I can’t imagine how a larger person or someone with mobility issues would use it. I also found the bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. A lot of essential supplies were low or lacking, so expect to buy your own dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Luckily, there is a small carrefour that is walking distance where we were able to buy such items.

Fantastic location at a good price

We stayed here for two days in September. What a great apartment. Centrallly located with fantastic view of the port area with lots of sail boats. Cozy restaurants right in the neighborhood. And, despite being so close to everything it was very quiet. The kitcehn is well equipped so you can also prepare your own food. Check-in is easy as there is a lock box in case the owner Jean-Michel is not there to welcome you. Everything is clearly explained, so you can do self-serve check-in. In our case Jean-Michel was actually there to welcome us. Very, very nice host. He speaks very limited English and I speak correspondingly very, very little French, but everything worked out just perfect! There is an enclosed parking area, where you have a spot for your car. The apartment is on the second floor with a big balcony and there is a little elevator, so no problem with dragging up suitcases! I would definitely go back and stay here again, if I come back to Gruissan.

Perfectly situated with lovely views of the marina

The apartment is situated perfectly to enjoy all the amenities in Gruissan but it is also in a less busy part of the marina area. It is a good base to access the nearby beaches & one can walk or cycle into the old town.

Pas de clim 'ventilateurs insuffisants en cas de fortes chaleur, odeur de refoulement d' égouts dans tout l'appartement très désagréable, quelques ustensiles pas très nets. Il faudrait un inter va et vient dans le couloir. En période de canicule le frigo s'arrête, décongèle et repart au bout d'un certain temps. Balai bon à changer, très usagé. Pas suffisamment de son au niveau tv,L'eau était resté dans la senseo de l'ancien locataire. Le volet de la chambre presque impossible à fermer, de ce fait ne l,'avons jamais recouvert pas peur de ne pas pouvoir le refermer.

Localisation parfaite ainsi que la vue sur le port, très proche des commerces du port ainsi que du centre ville en sachant qu'il y a 3 x semaine le marché. On n'a pas pu faire de randonnées dans les massifs pour risques d'incendie dommage. Sinon nous avons pu visiter Carcassonne, le logement comprends tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour. Appartamento dalle giuste dimensioni generali, ben tenuto ed in ottima posizione. La cucina è ben fornita del necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Bello il balcone con affaccio sul porto. Comodo avere un parcheggio privato. Il letto contro il muro è abbastanza scomodo così come è scomodo avere il wc fuori dal bagno.

Hier kümmert sich der Besitzer selbst um die Wohnung, was das Ganze sehr sympathisch macht. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
