Designed for those who appreciate a thoughtful environment, The Nest features a beautifully equipped kitchen and a spa-inspired bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower and a luxurious soaker tub.

Slide open the doors to your private deck with a personal BBQ—the perfect vantage point for an al fresco dinner as the sun sets over the lake. From the bespoke touches to the intentional layout, every element has been chosen to ensure a stay that is as visually stunning as it is comfortable.

The Villa Experience
Villa Magnolia is a quiet, self-catered oasis. Our west-facing location is perfectly positioned to capture the shifting colours of the sky as the sun dips behind the mountains. Guests are invited to explore the beautiful Villa Magnolia gardens, which border the surrounding vineyards and form a lush, tranquil backdrop to your stay. As an adult-oriented property, we provide an intimate atmosphere designed for rest and refinement.

Wine & Vineyards: We are within easy walking or cycling distance of seven wineries. The renowned Naramata Bench features 45 estates along a stunning 12km stretch.

Lake & Shoreline: Enjoy sun-drenched days paddleboarding, swimming, or simply lounging on the nearby beaches. The sparkling waters of Lake Okanagan are just a short stroll away.

Group Bookings: To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we generally do not accept group bookings. The only exception is a joint booking of The Roost and The Perch for two couples travelling together. The Nest is a standalone experience and cannot be booked in conjunction with any other suites.

Additional Suites: If your preferred suite is unavailable, please view our other offerings: The Perch(VRBO #1212173), The Roost (VRBO #970068).

Policies: To maintain our tranquil environment, we are an adults-only property and do not permit outside visitors. A 3-night minimum applies to long weekends.

Rates: Nightly rates include GST. Please ensure your VRBO currency is set to CAD (top left) to view accurate Canadian pricing.

This is a nice place to stay. We really liked the owners. The spot is beautiful and easy to access. Parking is limited to 1 spot per suite so plan ahead. We often travel up this way with both of our cars which is an odd issue for most to have but something to consider if you're up for the car shows.

Stunning AIR B and B with stunning views

This is a one bedroom, dining room and living room with well equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully thought out, high end appliances, beautiful furniture, whimsical art on the walls, a king size bed with wonderful bedding, a dressing area in the bedroom and a 180 view of Okanagan Lake from the windows and private deck! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. The living room is a mix of lovely comfortable furniture with gorgeous soft furnishings. The owners live upstairs and are welcoming (we received some fresh vegetables from Anna’s garden) but give you privacy. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Flawless❤️❤️❤️

The Nest is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious and very well equipped one bedroom suite. The view is incredible. A lovely place to unwind. We biked, explored some vineyards, went swimming at local beaches, etc. Naramata is incredibly beautiful. We'd never been there before but we will return!

Spectacular View

Perfect choice for a week on the Naramata. We stayed in the beautifully decorated Nest suite. It was very spacious, super clean, well equipped and with stunning views from the bedroom, living room and deck. Wonderfully comfortable bed and bedding. Alan provided us with a day long private wine tour that was both lots of fun and a great learning experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Ana has really put her designer touches to this very large & comfortable apartment. We spent many hours lounging and eating out on the big deck enjoying the spectacular view! The kitchen is well stocked. The location perfect for visiting wineries or going into Penticton to enjoy their trendy downtown restaurants.

Absolutely Amazing

We loved everything about this property. Alan and Anna are so helpful and their communication is excellent. The place is immaculate and the attention to detail is fantastic. Every room is beautifully appointed and you feel completely at home. The deck has a beautiful view and comfy loungers to relax on. Being in the heart of Naramata is perfect as you can pop out to a few wineries so easily. We couldn’t recommend this rental more and we cannot wait to rebook!

A quiet location with a gorgeous view of the water. Perfect setup for a couple. A great place to launch adventures - to the wineries, on the KVR, to the beach...or just to watch the day pass by.

Perfect Wine Country Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing time at Villa Magnolia. Alan and Anna were so great from the moment we arrived to the morning we said our goodbyes. The "Nest" was just as advertised. We wanted for nothing...they thought of everything and everything was just as we would have wanted it. Super Comfortable bed Well stocked Kitchen Lovely Bathroom The most amazing patio and View One of the best decisions we made was to hire Alan to host us on a private wine tour for the day. It was probably one of our best days in Naramata...Alan is very knowledgeable and he obviously well connected as we were able to meet the owners from 3 of the 5 wineries we visited with each of then presenting their wines to us exclusively. He arranged everything including a great recommendation for lunch. Very cool. We also rented their pedal assisted bikes for our own excursion including the KVR trail and of course hit a couple of our own wineries! Thanks Allan and Anna, we not only have found a jewel of a place in Naramata, we also feel like we have new friends. Pete and Lisa

Villa Magnolia review

We absolutely loved our stay in Naramata. Alan and Anna’s place was immaculate, well stocked and in a great location with an amazing view. There are many vineyards in the vicinity and we were also able to make a day trip to Oliver and Okanagan Falls. The hosts are available if you need anything and provided very helpful instructions and recommendations for our stay. We would recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Great view of lake. Property was very clean and well decorated. Great guide to local wineries and area was provided by owner. Walking wine tour does involve a few hills and narrow roads, so make sure you are comfortable with the effort. Not a party pad, quiet is expected. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked with a few basics ( coffee real cream!).
