Clipper Casa is nestled in the Coconut River community, a mere four miles from the vibrant 5th Ave S and a short five miles from the pristine sugar-white sand beaches. Dive into a wealth of community amenities, including a convenient boat ramp for Gulf access, a heated community pool for refreshing dips, four pickleball courts for friendly competition, and tennis & shuffleboard courts for active leisure.
