The location of this unit was ideal for walking access to 5th Ave South restaurants and shops as well as the beach. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access. The BBQ area was as advertised and the pool was clean.While the downstairs space was largely unusable (except there was a nicely placed, newer desk and chair in it with an amazing view of the docks and boats ), it was great space for the washer and dryer and two quite new bicycles. The upstairs, main, floor was large enough and extremely comfortable with two lanai/balcony areas off each of the bedrooms. We found the unit largely well stocked although a few additional items would have been desirable. These include a can opener and helmets for the bicycles. We rented the unit for approximately 5 weeks and very much enjoyed it. We would certainly rent it again. Rusty, the host, was immediately responsive the couple of times we contacted him and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had everything we needed.
