Everything in the apt was lovely and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate Licia's hospitality and recommendations. The neighborhood was wonderful to explore. I hope to return to Naples and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and safe area

I loved the location of this property but it really needs updated. Everything is falling apart. The lamp is cool but held together by a shoe string. The door handle to the terrace in the bedroom comes off when you try to open it. I will say even though it needs a handyman I felt safe the entire stay.

Location, location, location!!!! Close to great food, shopping, markets, grocery stores and metro stations.Overall an awesome stay! Beautiful terraces and so fortunate to have a washer and Dryer!!!! on the premises…almost unheard of in many locations in Europe. For American guests unfamiliar with European appliances, make sure u get instructions on how to use it!!! Also for American guests, no coffee pot like we are used to… but great cafe, Santo Domingo just outside the front door.Two TVs, but only in the bedrooms so plan on enjoying the view and company instead of being “plugged” in. Great terrace to play cards! Good Wi-Fi connectivity. Also listing says sleeps seven, but make sure you understand that for that to happen, two folks will be on a fold out couch and two others may need to share a bed in the second bedroom unless Licia can make them twin beds. Two bathrooms are great and nice kitchen to store evening snacks and Proseco!!! You could cook, but why since in Naples!Licia is a great hostess, answering questions in a timely manner. The listing says housekeeping but u will need to chat with her about what/when.We totally enjoyed our time in her charming, typical (but with a dryer!) Italian apartment.

Lovely apartment in stylish area

We used this lovely apartment as a base to explore the local area - including day trips out to Pompeii and Herculaneum, Sorrento as well as Naples itself. We could easily have spent longer and would like to come back. The apartment is as lovely as it looks in the photographs and a haven of tranquility after enjoying being out and about exploring.

Wonderful time in Naples

Spacious and centrally located. Very nice property with two terraces and in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Elevator in the apartment was a godsend. Great restaurants, groceries and pastry shops nearby. We felt very safe but it was also a lively area.
