Location was great however the rest of my experience tainted by poor customer service. There were a few problems in the room with sink plunger being stuck down/ lever behind tap not working therefore sink unusable and batteries flat for A/c control being dead (no other way to control a/c so I informed them via WhatsApp) advised me as not serviced I would have to wait until the following day for an engineer ( which I felt really wasn’t required, just something sharp to prise the plunger out would have sufficed for now. I would have done it myself if I carried such a thing while travelling around Italy) Be aware all check in had to be done digitally day before, photos of passport etc, not great when you are in transit between cities and poor signal, My husband luckily alerted me to an email sent the previous day which said I would lose my reservation and be considered a “no show” if I didn’t respond. I don’t generally check my emails daily on holiday. There are also extra charges for any check in outside 2-8 pm and they demand cash on “check in” for the city taxes. Room ok, wasn’t cleaned day 1 and day 2 came out of the shower to find the cleaner by my bed, such a shock and she just ran off and left the bed unmade. So no cleaning at all. Just a coffee pod machine, no kettle or milk. Sarcastic and patronising response when I insisted on having the sink issue resolved same day. Its basically a room with zero service ( unless you fight for it) or amenities
