Enjoyed our stay at Poerio 25 Boutique. Well appointed, large room, generously sized bathroom, modern (and stylish) and clean. Check-in was very quick and easy. Only criticism we had of the room itself was that our air conditioning wasn't the greatest, so it was a little warmer in the room than we hoped for. Otherwise, though, incredible location. Surrounded by little streets full of charming and fun bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores. Steps away from Via Chiaia and Via Toledo for shopping and excursions, and the sea shore in a few blocks away as well. castel Sant'Elmo is perched atop a hill within view from some of the nearby streets, and can be reached on foot (up 500 stairs!). Despite accessibility to all of these buzzing, fun areas and main roads, the street out front is fairly relaxed and our room was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Good Quality Stay

We had a superb room. It was large, modern and stylish with polished marble tiled floors. Whilst Naples is typically hustling & bustling, noise and commotion is not what one wants when trying to sleep and this is one of the reasons this place is a winner - situated in what seems to be a better neighborhood, we had no disturbances at all - totally recommend this stay.

We loved this boutique hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming helping us in every way including hair appointments. We were four ladies and always felt safe walking to great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here.

A little Gem!

The hotel is very clean. They do the room cleaning everyday! Which in Europe is rare. You have toiletteries, they change the towels too. They have a mini bar in the room. The receptionist was super nice and friendly as well helpful. It’s a super nice neighborhood with LOT’S of restaurants! Coffee shops and shopping. There’s lots of taxis. Really recommend this place!! 10/10 +++

We had an excellent stay at the Poerio25, it surpassed our expectations. Even prior to arriving the staff contacted us on What’s App to ensure arrival times and if we needed any support. The hotel itself is located in a very walkable / accessible district of Naples near the water. We found the location to be superb. Close to amazing restaurants / cafes, many tourist attractions, the Metro, and shops. The room itself was fantastic, very modern and was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was super helpful, cheery and accommodating. The front desk receptionist helped coordinate our taxis to and from the Naples airport Would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone in addition to staying there again!

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The building requires a key card to enter and there’s a very particular way to open the door, so make sure to ask! We couldn’t get it the first time so we called them late at night and we’re thankful that they were able to help! The room is very clean and they provide robes and slippers. The walls are pretty thin though so you can hear everything happening in the building. It can get noisy on the weekends and late at night. I have an odd complaint- the toilet seat is so wide that it’s uncomfortable to sit on.

Slightly unclean room but decent service

Overall, the property looked fine however the room we were allotted was not clean. The walls had marks everywhere and it wasn’t the best site to look at while entering the room. Also, another issue was that room door lock was broken as when we came back from our dinner in the night, the room door was open and we clearly remember locking it just fine. One of my empty bottles which I was intending to use to refill water was thrown by the housekeeping- would suggest them to not throw away guest’s stuff like that. The front desk was helpful in giving us details on self check-in on the first night as we reached Naples at 10PM- the front desk closes at 9PM so kindly check with the reception if you are arriving late.

The pros: Great location, absolutely spotless, very large space with modern fixtures, super comfy bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. The cons: in room 104 the AC barely worked (and only was doing what little it could do while we were in the room since it was card activated and couldn’t use a different card) - Naples was sweltering and it was stressful to not have proper respite. The pillows were extremely firm and thick, too thick to be comfortable at all, both of us had neck/shoulder/back pain from them. Little to no soundproofing from the door or windows, could hear everything from outside and the front door of the building opening etc at all hours. Overall if they could solve these 3 issues, it would be a perfect place to stay but it was not comfortable or relaxing for us.

Upon arrival we found that the shower was leaking. Cecilia was able to change our room to another where the shower was functional. We didn’t like that the housekeeping did not change our bed sheets and towels. She did make the bed but no fresh sheets in any of the 4 nights we were there. During the 4 nights stay we got fresh towels only once. The accommodation was below average but Cecilia was very nice.
