I saw two roaches in my room, and the Internet was barely working the entire stay. I could not complete any work on the road because the Internet was off and on constantly. I will not stay in that facility ever again.

It is a good value for the price of the room, specially during spring break when everything was so expensive in Naples. It is far away from the beach but I stayed for work so it did not bother me. The room is outdated but clean, the staff is polite. The breakfast was mediocre though, I had stayed in this hotel earlier and it was a little bit better. Anyways, I will be back every time Naples hotels are too expensive

Everything was fine except for the bald Spanish guy who claims he is the general manager. His customer service skills did not exist. His attitude was nasty he was disrespectful to the customers and he did not do his job properly.

We were told that the pool has not worked in years. There was no heat in the pool . The fan in the bathroom in 302 was extremely noisy. I do appreciate that we were allowed to check in early.
