Beautiful room, quiet, sparkling clean. Located right at Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio Ameno with great shopping. Many activities and tours located close by such as Underground Naples and pizza classes. Lots of dining choices. Staff immediately responsive via text to questions or concerns. Great hotel

It’s Room is the PERFECT place to stay while you are in Napoli! The communication was quick and easy. Finding the place was easy and all the instructions made sense. The actual room was INCREDIBLE!! Very spacious, super clean and we given a mini bar of goodies upon entering our room. The shopping was amazing! And we truly had the best pizza and fried calamari at Pizzeria Capass! Small but well located

We arrived in the dark. We figured out the gate and were able to enter. We took the small elevator to the fourth floor as instructed. The entry was dark. One of the other guests was smoking outside the entry and told us where the reception desk was. The rooms come off of the reception area. They are small, well designed. Bed was comfortable. Ecofriendly very functional shower was appreciated.

If you are coming to Naples, this is an amazing place to stay. The room was lovely as well as the service. It’s located in the perfect area for you to go an explore Naples, a short walk to the port and despite its location it’s very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s great location to be in the bustle of historic Naples! The room and bathroom is spacious and very clean and comfortable! The ac works great!! There is also a small fridge which is very nice to have small snaccs and water store. The building feels very safe considering it is in a busy area, we felt comfortable that no one can just walk in. The only downside is that during business hours, 9-7 pm, there are no car access, since the street shops are all open and it’s pedestrian only. So getting dropped off or picked up can be cumbersome with your luggages as you do need to walk to where the car is allowed to be. During our stay, we found out there is an easier spot to be picked up, much closer than if you just give the actual address of accomodation. You can ask apartment them the location of that pick up spot :)

Our accommodations were perfect, great location, the staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Our room was on the smaller side, but worked for 2 nights, it was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary mini bar was very nice. The location of apartment was also perfect, easy to walk to most areas that we wanted to visit.
