Rooms smelled strongly of mildew or mold, bath tub wouldn’t turn off all the way. Upon arrival pillows and bedding were damp seemed from humidity had to have air cranked super cold or was very musty. Woke up wit sore throats. Wrappers and items found under bed. Stayed for 6 days and friends we were with keys quit working 3 times and they had to get them fixed and kept being told they had no one in that room they were checked out even though reservation was for 6 days.

Our keys didn’t work 3 different times in 3 different days when our stay was for 6 nights. The room smelt like mold, or musty the whole time, the hallway smelt like burnt popcorn. I will never stay at a holiday inn express ever again.

The building is in dire need of a refresh. The rooms and hallways smelled very musty. The windows did not stay open. The tubs were gouged and scraped. There was broken plaster in our room I do have to say that ALL of the staff from reception to housekeeping were truly EXCEPTIONAL! Very helpful, cheerful and friendly.

Room was ok, had ants on bathroom vanity and shower dripped. Pretty quiet and clean. I had a late checkout, 1pm, and twice cleaning lady tried to get in, once successfully, knocking and entering, assuming the room was empty.

The staff was off for Thanksgiving, had to bring my towels to the desk to get clean ones. Had to bring the TV remote to the desk in order to get new batteries. Put the tv on and couldn’t shut it off. Went to take a shower the water was cold and didn’t get hot. I had booked two rooms for two nights and had to shower in the other room. The front desk staff were were nice and accommodating.
