I like the grind and brew coffee machines and the cinnamon buns. One elevator wasn’t working and they switched yogurt brands from the superior Greek yogurt to Dannon runny yogurt.

I stayed here for work from October 14–18, 2025. The hotel itself is clean, well-located, and comfortable. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were excellent, and until the final day, I would have rated this stay very highly. Unfortunately, I was informed after check-in that roof construction would be taking place and was placed on the top floor directly beneath the work. The drilling became clearly audible by Friday morning and completely intolerable by Saturday, starting before 9:00 a.m., forcing me to check out early. Most front-desk staff were courteous and apologetic. However, one representative who identified herself as a manager was dismissive and confrontational, blamed me for not canceling the reservation, and accused me of lying when I stated the noise had started before 9:00 a.m. This interaction overshadowed what was otherwise a good stay. This review reflects the handling of this issue by a single representative, not the hotel as a whole. With better communication and more professional management response, this could be a great option in Naples.
