Hotel is fairly new, modern and clean. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff was both pleasant and accommodating. There is a really beautiful bar on the top floor with nice views and a great vibe. The restaurants are wonderful, we ate lunch and dinner during our stay. The service at both restaurants was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious/five star! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed that the had a great buffet breakfast included as well as having included a shuttle that takes you into the center, free of charge! The property is new 2021 and well maintained. I just wish there was more grocery near by. Otherwise it was a great stay!

This is an excellent hotel and would absolutely recommend. The area around the hotel is not very nice but the hotel itself one hundred percent makes up for it. It felt very safe and has a very nice outside area. Loved our stay here.

Rooftop terrace “closed” despite their advertising. Bartender refused to make half of the drinks on the menu. Loud, rave music blasting all night we can hear from our room. Their taxi driver scammed us, after the hotel told us it would be an exact $21.00 for a 5 minute ride and the taxi driver made us pay $30. Still waiting on that refund!

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel with everything that was expected. Spacious rooms, ours had a great view of Vesuvius. Breakfast and restaurant, Lapillo was good staff excellent and the spa was amazing (at extra cost). The only thing that lets this hotel down is as others have said, its location, which is in the industrial area. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service into the centre and bay though.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The surroundings are peaceful, yet the city center is just a short taxi ride away. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend!

Staff was vert kind and helpful made us feel welcomed, they were very friendly. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Hotel is modern, very clean, comfortable bed. Our room was very large, and exceptionally clean, we even had a bicycle and a set of weights for exercising right inside our room!. We arrived at midnight from Positano, and our check in and check out was hassle free. We had to catch an early flight the next morning. The front desk staff was very professional and they reserved a reliable taxi which came right on time at 7:30 am to pick us up to go to the airport. The bellman came to help us with the luggage. Hotel highlights: Very clean, quiet, well organized, great city views from the terrace, appliances were working well, and enjoyed a cup of hot instant coffee. Shower was in excellent condition, bathroom very clean, air conditioner worked impeccably. Outside the hotel the area is a bit sketchy, but inside the hotel I felt very safe plus the location is very convenient for reaching the airport by taxi, it cost 22 euros from hotel to airport, and is only about 10 minutes away!. I recommend this hotel very highly, we would definitely comeback !
