The 3rd bathroom is accessible through the house as well as from the pool area. The House is perfect for families or groups of friends. Clean with Convenient Freeway Access to I-75

This newly redone house met all our needs for our family gathering in Naples. It has 4 separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have bunkbeds and no ceiling fans, the other two have very comfortable Kasper type foam mattresses and ceiling fans. The bedrooms with the bunk beds are a bit warmer since they don't have ceiling fans, but the central AC keeps most of the house petty cool, though it will need to run 24/7 to be comfortable in the summer months. There is some road noise since the home is adjacent to a major 4 lane roadway, but it is relatively quiet at night when traffic dies down. We'd stay here again.
