Situated in the Historic Centre this accommodation and host, Stefano are incredible and we had an amazing stay. Clean and modern and fully ensuite, with comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee( not found in a lot of Italian accommodation), as well as a mini fridge (easily stockable from the mini market on the corner) this room is ideally located to explore the real Naples. Stefano was a wonderful host. Prior to our visit sending things for us to do,places to eat and advice and guidance via a WhatsApp chat. Breakfast is included via a voucher useable at a local cafe, Cafe de Napoli, literally a minutes walk away which does a great expresso and croissant. Stefano also organised our taxi to the airport too. An amazing experience. We will be going back and staying at The Closters Inn again. Grazie Stefano.

Centrally located within walking distance of most everything. Room was spotless and comfortable. Stefano was extremely welcoming and provided super information on local restaurants,cafes and sightseeing. Would definitely stay again

Great stay, well worth it

The stay went perfectly. Stefano contacted me within minutes of booking and he sent me lots of voice mails with information about how to get in the apartment, lots of local information for eating and places to see. I wasn't sure of the set up before i got there so here it is. You enter the main building and go to 2nd floor. Cloister Inn is essentially 3 rooms divided off by a small central corridor. Each room is self contained with a shared kitchen. I was a little put off at 1st but soon realised it was exactly what we needed. The cleaner came in each day to make the bed. Just to clarify the pool is not on site and you have to pay per hour. Breakfast is at a lovely little street cafe 1 min walk away. You only get 1 pastry and a drink however that was fine. Overall the place was perfect to be used as a base to visit places away from Naples and you will not find a better host than Stefano

The room was cute and clean, but the outside and surrounding area was the worst I’ve ever seen. I almost stepped on dog poop. There were a ton of homeless and drunk people with alcoholic drinks on the ground. The owner was very nice and shared a lot of useful info. He also got us a taxi which was great. However, there were a lot of confusing instructions to get in and out of the room so I would recommend he make it a little easier with all the rules.

Stayed at this property on a trip with my 14-year-old daughter. It was the perfect location for day trips to the Almafi Coast, Rome, getting to the airport for a day trip to Venice, and Ischia. Stephano was the perfect host. He provided us with so much information about the area and went above and beyond in his communication with us. The room was very clean and quiet, yet located in a vibrant part of the city. We would highly recommend Stephano’s place to anyone going to Naples.

The location is great. In the center of historical Naples. Very walkable. Many options for dinner and shopping. It is an appartment with 3-4 bedrooms with a small kitchen to share. No staff all the time, however the owner is always available. Simple breakfast at a close Coffee shop. Great services I will stay in this place again.

Stefano was a great host. He was a wealthnof knowledge and showed us with tips and information about the area. His place is in such a great location and was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will 100% return if I am back in Naples.

The host was great & welcoming. The room could benefit from the addition of a safe to store passports etc. The shower water was not hot enough, but fortunately the weather was quite warm.

Amazing. If you just want a clean, safe, very central and very good value place to stay- this is it. Of course you can stay in a five/four star hotel but you will only sleep there and pay 10 times I paid here. Plus Stefano- was so so so very helpful- amazing host. Next time I am in Naples- will chose this venue.
